Customized Orders
Customized or made-to-order dresses are prepared according to the customer's requirements. Once a customization request is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Ready-to-Wear Products
Ready-to-wear (stitched) dresses may be returned within 5 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or product availability without prior notice.
Shipping
