At Zimal by Junaida, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Customized Orders
All customized or made-to-order dresses are specially prepared according to the customer's requirements. Therefore, customized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Ready-to-Wear Dresses
Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order for ready-to-wear (stitched) dresses only, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, the delivery charges (DC) will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining eligible refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving and approving the returned product.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
